The next Shaolin Camp in Europe will be held from the 27th of September to the 1st of October in the picturesque Italian countryside, where the Alps meet the Appennine mountains in the province of Piacenza, just one hour from Milan Linate international airport. In a completely secluded (two kilometres from the nearest village) monastery-like ancient country house, fully rebuilt with bio-architecture methodologies and featuring minimalistic yet welcoming rooms of stone and wood, the participants will spend five days living a completely immersive Shaolin experience.


The five days will encompass experiences such as sunrise meditation in the spectacular local scenery, evening philosophy conversations around the fireplace, extremely intensive Shaolin physical training, profoundly introspective and relaxing moments, vegetarian cuisine featuring exquisite "kilometre zero" products, qigong secrets of wellness and much more.


Like all Shaoness Camps, this event is accessible to everyone yet is not for everyone. You need to be willing to "empty the cup" and to embrace the experience, for the Shaolin Master can only open the door but it is you who must enter the Temple. It is also necessary to be in sufficient health to be able to take part in physical exercises; you will be challenged to discover and overcome your limits, so whether you are a recreational exerciser or a professional athlete is irrelevant, as both will discover and reset their own limits, mental more than physical.
