Location

The “One day camp experience” will take place on 10th of November 2018, 9:00 to 18:00, in the prestigious “Castello di Casiglio” located in Erba, in the province of Como. The location is absolutely strategic because it’s near touristic places such as Como, Lecco, Bellagio and Milan. The “Castello di Casiglio” is a treasure to be discovered! The participants will have the pleasure to stay a full day there, living completely the Shaolin experience!   

Experience

During the “One day camp experience”, the participants will discover the secrets of the Shaolin warrior monks to merge performance and wellness into all aspects of life and will learn how to face at their best the challenges, training mind and body in a complete and efficient way. Then you will be taught how to use the Shaolin mindfulness to regain time and energy, to maximize your potential and to develop the best version of yourself.

Accessibility

Like all Shaoness Camps, this event is accessible to everyone yet is not for everyone. You need to be willing to "empty the cup" and to embrace the experience, for the Shaolin Master can only open the door but it is you who must enter the Temple. It is also necessary to be in sufficient health to be able to take part in physical exercises; you will be challenged to discover and overcome your limits, so whether you are a recreational exerciser or a professional athlete is irrelevant, as both will discover and reset their own limits, mental more than physical.
